Mine holds my arrow tight. I have held mine loaded with the safety on and pointed it down to the ground and shook it and my arrows stays intack.

I have the shadowzone scope on my Vortex and when I sighted mine in at 20 yards and when I went back to 50 yards my POI was about 2 inches high.
