Re: Crossbow target suggestions
My ragbags are working great after supplementing the rags inside with some carpet remnants. I had a few shots that found soft spots and would bury to the fletching but adding a strip of carpet on either face of the target has been working great for the last two years.

Re: Group Consistency With Phoenix
I shoot executioner's made by Big John with my ibex and they are super consistent. I'm using 100 grain field points to bring them to 400 grains.

Re: Who needs snakes?!
I like the shotgun idea. A few rounds of 12 gauge target load should do the job !

Shoot a roman candle at the hornets nest until it catches fire. Just kidding but it might work.

I would say just get some arrows from Big John over in the trading post. I recently bought a dozen and they are great !

Re: Led turn signals question
i know that you can use some small, cheap resistors from radio shack on the positive lead of each signal with heat shrink tubing wrapped around them and everything should work just fine and cheaper than the load resistors .

Re: What's the difference???
The axiom has the traditional stock and the ibex has the thumbhole stock and also has the dissipator bars but those can be purchased and added to the axiom.

Re: New Ibex is a'coming
I have an alum rail ibex with the S5 string suppressors and the d-bars it's a nice crossbow. I didn't realize what a difference the S5's and d-bars made until I got my wife a vixen and shot it a few times. It's now equipped with both and it's much more enjoyable to shoot.
