Aluminum shaft prep for fletching?
I have some experience fletching carbon shafts but have not done any aluminum. Got a friend that needs some fletched. Can I use finger nail polish remover and 50% alcohol to clean the aluminum shafts without removing the arrows finish? How do you guys do it? Thanks!!!

I usually have mine up a month to 2 months before season opener but I have put one up one evening and hunted it the next morn and saw several deer and killed a very nice buck.

Saw a video where they used a copper scouring pad to clean fletching glue off of carbon arrows. What ya'll think about this and would it work with aluminum???
