I normally like 12 to 15 feet but fifteen years ago i put up this ladder stand i got at a yard sale it was missing the bottom section it was ptobably only 9 feet up At best. Anyway i wire tied bushes n stuff to it for cover . In the fifteen years its there i killed nine 145 inch or better bucks fro...

First Excal deer!!!

Shot my first doe yesterday with my Excal. She was 16 yds away when I shot and ran only 50 yds before crashing. Very happy with my Excal!!!

Equipment scent control???

Don't really like the idea of spraying scent eliminator on my crossbow, rifle or blackpowder rifle. Was thinking as far as my crossbow that I could lightly sprinkle some baking soda inside my soft case but not so sure if I should. Thinking it could dry the string out? And possibily some could get in...
