Re: Blazers hitting my rail
I'm curious, do your veins actually say Blazer? Sorry for the dumb question but are they the real dea or another brand shaped similarly? I'd say most here shoot blazers and it seems strange that they'd be contacting your rail. ??? Yes, they are the real blazers bought at Cabelas. I'll take the rail...

Re: Question About Thread Lock
The salesman was right. There's nothing wrong with your Loctite, it's designed to do exactly that. It's an anaerobic material that only cures in the absence of air. When two metal parts are fastened together, the air is squeezed out and then the curing takes place. It doesn't harden in the bottle b...

That Ballistic Plex Reticle in the Fullfield II looks very interesting.
Seems like it'd be easy to tune for different ranges

Re: Thinkin bout a Leupold on Phoenix
Bottom line Burris full field II or leupold rifle scopes are better than any scope sold than advertises made for crossbows, Junk in my opinion. Burris has as good as glass as any scope out there, life time warranty also. Wes Thanks, I'm taking a serious look at that Burris full field II 2 x 7 35mm....

Re: Thinkin bout a Leupold on Phoenix
Bruce, did you decide yet? Let us know when you do. 8) Not quite, I've got contractors starting our pond pavilion, been bit distracted. Leaning toward the Leupold 1.5 x 4 20mm wth duplex for a single aim point, subject to change of coarse! My birthday's coming along, perhaps I could persuade (con) ...

Way way back in my vertical bow days I used a single pin site for quite a while an dragged home quite a few deer. Back when bows still used four wheels an steel wire cables, shot 200 fps on a good day  BU...

Re: Thinkin bout a Leupold on Phoenix
Thanks guys, a lot of good information. I think I sold my Maxpoint crossbow last night so scope funds should available soon! A lot of scope deals to be had at the moment, Wyvern selling off the XB30's @ $139 with free shipping, Redfield Revenge under a $100, Leupold's around $200, tough choices. All...
