Is there any difficulty un-cocking the crossbow with the string cocking aid with this ADF in place? I mean is it unwieldy and present additional steps in the process?

All good information. One additional item everyone should have is a suspension relief system just in case you fall even if you are wearing a full body harness. Summit sells one really cheap.
