My Ibex SMF did not come with dissipator bars. Its the same setup as the Apex SMF but has the thumbhole stock. I did add the S5 to it.

I have been type 2 for about 25 years and its hard. The first year I had to give my self injections and I might have to again some day. Its no fun! Just keep playing it smart. People get in trouble when they let things slide. Good Luck!

Yea... once I get dialed in I would start damaging arrows. On one group I had 3 in the same hole with the 4th about an 1" away.
