Stock

Greetings. I have an Exocet 200. I am considering getting a different stock. Would the newer style stocks, fit the Exocet? (like the ones on the Micro) If so, would it require any work to the stock, or the rail? Where, and from who, would I be able to get another stock? Cost? Thanks, J.

Re: Ozonics

 Thank you... When someone tries to tell me that there is a "device" that can eliminate your scent, I cannot help but think that, 1, you are truly not an experienced Hunter, or 2, you are a complete Dummy... JMO...4071] I second that notion! Anyone ever use one of these contraptions? :think...

Re: Brace height issue

  Ok. But that sure is going to be a lot of tension, on that short, thin stringer. I have used the stringer many times. I just never had it this short before... It is so short now, that I have to adjust it, on the limbs. Is it ok to do that? Ah, I see. Shorten your stringing aid to pu...

Re: Brace height issue

  Ok. But that sure is going to be a lot of tension, on that short, thin stringer. Micro Bumpers are longer that Matrix bumpers, so slim chance you have the wrong ones. Sounds to me like you just need to give the string a half dozen twist counter clockwise. If it's made by a reputable ...

Re: Brace height issue

Brace height is 1.5" - 2.0" for that model. Measure to make sure you have the right bumpers first, then twist the string counter clock wise only. If you have the old string, compare, or measure this one. It should be about 26" long. Yes. 26" All strings, including the original. Mr. Miller said that...

Re: Brace height issue

Greetings. Micro 315, with new Flemish strings. (Bow and String/s, have not been shot yet) I just installed the D. Miller string stops. For whatever reason, I cannot get any space between the string and the stops. String is pushing in the stops. What am I doing wrong? I tried twisting string in bot...

Re: Brace height issue

   ....baring that you DONT have the wrong stop's....I just changed out the EL string for a Flemish on my new A420TD....and I was shocked at how many twists I needed to give it to be about a quarter of an inch off the bumpers....well today, back into the bumpers :eusa-doh: :eusa-think...

Re: “Thoughts on Sunday Hunting”

No. I do not agree to Sunday Hunting. More so, because of traditions, I guess... That said, Sunday is a day of Worship, Family time, and Sunday Dinners... Here in PA, they are attempting to pass a 3 Sundays per Deer season law. Currently you can only Hunt "No closed season" game... If you are a seri...

Re: String Stops

I've used all three string stoppers. Danny's baby bumper stoppers are good, but you need to buy the posts also. Since the DrStirrup dBKiller stops fit the stock Excalibur posts, they are the best bang for your buck. Buy them once and you'll be good for life. With the exception of one crossbow that ...

Re: Aluminum Arrows

I shoot an Easton 2219 aluminum arrow, but I'm shooting a 20" arrow with a 150grn BoltCutter. I very seldom shoot deer more than 20 yards. Complete pass through every time. Shot a deer with a 20" DCA(Deer Crossing Arrow)carbon with a 150grn BoltCutter at approx 17 yards and hit the deer slightly hig...
