Tac Vanes

Anyone try any Tac Vanes? I want to try them with 20" Arrows, (Easton Magnum) on my Exocet 200. Thought about using the 2.75 Driver, with 2* or 3* helical... Any advice is greatly appreciated.

This is going to be a great day to Hunt, filled my thoughts as I took all my outerwear, from the backpack. Layerd up, X-Bow cocked, nestled in my bli...

Re: Hooks up or down

 Hooks underneath for the reason that Norm stated. If you put the hooks on top of the string and it gets away on you, you'll quickly look at your body parts and switch the next time you use the cocker. I've broken a hook and one handle. Some guys have damaged their bows and scopes as well as ch...

Vanes will not stick

Trying to get 4" Bohning vanes to stay put to a 2219, Bare Shaft. Shafts are lightly sanded, and cleaned. Bohning claims that these Vanes need no prep. (Primer Pen) Should I do it anyway? Even thought about even roughing up the Vane itself... I am using a Last chance Archery Jig, so I know that...
