Re: Broadheads
Shooting Diablos with 125gr Slick Trick mags on my 380. Shoot with the field points to 40 yards. Now if I could just see the 8pt that keeps passing my stand and camera while Im not there!

Ibex and S5s
What would be involved in replacing the dissapator bars with the S5s on my metal rail Ibex? What difference would it make in it?

Slick Tricks
Thinking about trying one more broad head on my M380. Would you go with the 125gr Mag or the 150gr X-bow? I am shooting Diablos.

Re: Just bought the Ibex off a friend
I have a metal rail Ibex and I love it. Now I have a Matrix 380 too. I went from a Equinox to a Exomax to the Ibex. It's the best shooter of the 3. Shorter and easier to cock. I think it is Excalibers best bow until the Matrix. You made a good choice! Add a good flemish string and you'll be good to ...

Re: help me decide axiom/ibex or equinox
I'm with Belleriver and Vixenmaster. If plan to upgrade later, you will be time and money ahead to go with the 355 now. The Vortex would be my next choice. I am 5' 11" and 230 lbs. and have had a Equinox and Exomax in the past. The last inch or two of cocking them was a stretch after a few shot...

Re: How long before your first archery deer?
Got my first, a doe with a Ben Pearson recurve, 45 lb bow with a Wasp broadhead in 1977 when I was 14. All thanks to my brother in law who started me deer hunting!

Re: Leupold Scope
I have a Leupold VX 3 1.5x5x20 on my M380. I was concerned about the parrallax and talked to a tech. at the factory who said I needed to send it in and have it set for 20 yards. Boo and others on here gave me advice to just use it as is and now with it and an Xcaliber flemish string and Diablos, my ...

Re: Swhackers: 100gr or 125gr
Just shot a few more with 100 and 125 field points and it seems to like the 125s a little better. Guess that's what I'll go with.
