Thanks. Almost bought a 380 but seen the Bulldog come up. That is like the second or third one I seen for sale. Shops in my neck of the woods have not even seen the new bows. They say after the ATA orders will be placed.

Do not know what else they are coming out with for 2017. But I know I have a slightly used Matrix Bulldog 380 coming for 2017. Got a great deal on Crossbow Talk on a new/used one. My wife and daughter said Merry Christmas!

Big cut mechanical broadhead would be your best bet. NAP FOC, Killzone, Rage etc will give you a big hole and cut. If the landowner you are hunting on is OK with you hunting his land then hunt it. If you are worried were the deer will run and die, maybe you should not hunt there.

If I was to go on an out of town crossbow hunt I would bring a back up crossbow, along with the extra limbs.

Just bought a Hawke XB 30 Pro from Wyverns to put on my Kodabow Zulu scout. The jury is still out but it seems like a quality scope, read many good reviews. Have to dial it in this weekend.
