I chipped in as well. What bothered me as much as the crossbow exclusion was the lack of squirrel hunting time this gives you before you start running into deer hunters, and deer season is more than long enough as it is. Love mine so far (first season, maybe 150 shots through it). Taken 2 deer with it, and do not feel underpowered at all shooting a relatively heavy arrow (2219 aluminum with 125gr slick tricks).
