Re: NAP Quick fletch!

They are a little bit pricey but they sure take all the work out of it. I just fletched 3 of my Firebolts tonight that came with my bow originally. I have the quickspin ones. The longest part in the process was waiting for the water to boil. Awesome product, we'll see how well they hold up. Personal...

Re: Got my new arrows

Put 4 of the arrows Danny sent me down range today. I didn't have hardly any time because it was just before dark. I also had to take a bunch of time and make sure all my bolts are snug, tighten up my string, wax my string, and lube my rail. They fly awesome and I have to say I'm impressed so far. I...

Re: Ladder Stand Question.

Put mine up last year a few weeks before the start of season but I'm about to move it again a few weeks before season. I also hunt with a climber and I move that pretty frequently during season. Since its private land I let it sit over night in a spot if I''m hunting it a few days in a row. I don't ...

Camo

Guys and Gals, I'm stuck between either choosing ASAT or Predator Camo. Anyone have any experience with either? It's that or get one one of those 3D leafy suits from Bass Pro. I mainly stand hunt. This is what I'm eyeing from ASAT. http://astacamo.stores.yahoo.net/vanishpro-leafy-3d-sui.html This is...

Got my new arrows

Got my new BEEs and my Slick Trick magnums in today. They look really awesome and I am excited to try them out tomorrow. If anyone needs new arrows I recommend Danny Miller (740 483 2312). I know Big John makes awesome arrows too but I've never ordered any so I can't comment on price or how long the...

Re: Lucky it was a Rage and not a Fixed

Yup she sure is lucky his buddy was using Rages. If he had anything else on the tip of that arrow this story wouldn't have a happy ending.
Teaches us all a lesson though, don't shoot Rage BHs.

Re: Magnus Broadhead

That's interesting but I don't know what that video proves. You could get the same results with any broad head. Personally, I try to stay away from two blade broad heads. Ever since I lost a deer with the rage I have steered clear. I think that if the blades are not spiraling as they go through the ...

Some of you may have read this before. I thought it was pretty interesting. What do ya think about the FOC theory?
I think the most interesting thing was the single beveled edge performance.

Re: Scope

Definitely not looking to spend over a hundred for a scope. Sure hope the Leupold is awesome for that price! I've already spent enough to fill my freezer with beef, but that wouldn't be much fun though, would it.

Scope

Do the Nikon and Hawke both have speed rings?
Also, if you want something on the list let me know but this is for my personal scope selection.

Slick Tricks

Hey Guys and Gals, I just ordered some Slick Trick 100gr. There have been too many great reviews and people saying how much they love slicks to ignore them any longer. I ordered regular slicks. Are they going to be a problem out of my axiom? I didn't know they had specific ones for the xbow when I p...
