Tough to say, have not been seeing any deer in my area. 2 Farms we hunt were we have seen tons of deer all season all of sudden have nothing.

I do all my own butchering, the place I was using for sausage does not do it anymore. I need to find a new place.....I will let you know when I find a good one.

Looking for suggestions on local butcher shops in the Waterloo, Ontario area that will make summer sausage with my venison.....any suggestions or recommendations are appreciated.

Promised Myself I Would Only Shoot A Buck in the first weeks of the Season.....man was it hard not draw on opening morning!! I was in my stand by 5:50 am and by 6:30 I already had 3 does inside 30 yards. Will try again tonight......anyone else have any luck today?
