18" BEE here too. They are great with the 380. Jerry at South Shore sells them and you pick all options. I think Big John makes them as well.

Does that model Hawke have a speed ring?

My 380 has a sweet spot at 2.5 string widths off the REDS. I marked the riser once I found it. If the string settles more over time, my poi is off. Are you shooting freehand or off a rest?
