The Leupold is another option and one that I will look into after season. I have read great reviews about...

Re: Is your Matrix to loud !

Did any of you get the fps of your bow before and after your mods? I know the whiskers will cost you fps, but how about the limb dampeners?

Re: unexplainably strange

Second pic is one if not two coons for sure. If you zoom in you can see the rings on the tail. It gets too blurry for me to tell if its one or two. 100% coon for sure.
First pic is a bigfoot pushing a grocery cart full of beef jerky.

Oh heck no!!! That would be a dead snake. I am sure that is some kind of cobra or anaconda!! The only snakes I like are the ones my lawnmower spits out the side

Re: Broadheads

Yes, I shoot Blazers on 18" BE's and the Viper Trick 100's fly the same as my field points out to 50 yards. You can get Vipers fairly cheap on Ebay

Re: Crossbows hard on scopes ?

The Matrix is VERY hard on scopes. I am on my 3rd XB30. Glad they have a lifetime warranty. I get a new one within a week every time. Never had a problem with them on other Excal's just the Matrix.

A flemish string will take the metal sounding twang out of the bow.
