Re: Ladder stands

I have been using 2 new X-Stands (The Duke) all season. They are nice stands and are very comfortable. BUT..they are noisy. There are creaks in both of them. They give you cheap plastic washers that were supposed to help with squeaks but they don't. I will be pulling them both down after season and ...

Re: Matrix 405, All set ...

I would not worry one bit. My 405 has thousands of shots with different arrow weights, arrows, strings, triggers, scopes, bolts heads, stirrups, quiver mounts and anything else you can think of and never a problem.
I currently shoot under 400gr total weight arrows as well.

Re: Hunting in tight quarters

Thanks guys for the extra info. I was picturing guys hunting on 2 or 3 acres in the middle of a subdivision. I have hunted small tracts as well but we were allowed to track wounded deer on adjacent properties just not hunt those properties. Every year our local news paper will have a picture of a de...

Re: Hunting in tight quarters

Not to start a big stink fest but....why would you hunt an area that is so small you may not properly recover your game ?

Re: Best lighted reticle scope for my Matrix 380

XB30 Pro all the way. I have 2. I also have had the regular XB30's before the Pro series came out. I had one scope "fail" out of 5. The failure was a small black speck inside the scope. Did not hurt a thing it just drove me nuts. I emailed Hawke and sent the scope in. Had a brand new scope...

Re: Arrow pullers, targets, and the Mega 405

I use the Danny Miller pullers with my 380 and 405 and have no problems at all. I have used them pulling arrows from 3D targets with no issues to the arrow itself. They are well worth the $$
