I have no complaints with the actual customer service its just getting ahold of somebody that seems to be a problem.

Not tried a different scope,I don't have the money to purchase a new one at the moment.I do think that my problem may lie in the scope,because it is awful blurry.

Just came in and shot it a couple times at 30yds. I find it kinda funny excalibur advertises the 380 FPS with a 350gr arrow,then ships the bow with 4 400gr total weight arrows.LOL With that said,do you think it'll be fine to shoot 125gr broadheads?

I think im gonna go with the middle of the road here and shoot a 125gr NAP Spitfire.I sure do love those 1.5 inch holes they put in them.

Well I've ordered a camo matrix 380,and should have it in 2 weeks or so,super excited,its my first ever brand new crossbow.Just curious as to what broadheads everyone is useing or plans on useing? yes,like I said,at 20yds I was shooting at 2 different dots.
