Re: Snow!

Lake Michigan on the South end was at record heights this last summer, several launch sites were closed in early June through July.

Re: Snow!

Brian, a friend of mine in Wisconsin has a brother that grew up there, then moved to Florida. The following year his brother called one day after Wisconsin got about 9" of snow immediately in front of a cold blast that shut many areas down for several days. He asks, do you have a snow shovel, or is ...

Re: Gave hunting a break yesterday

Some good looking fish Joe. I think you’re right about the weather patterns being whacked out. Seems to me that this crazy shift has been going on for a few years now. We had snow in October for the last few years, barely any in December and January, then the ice cold winter weather into late spring...

Re: Trying something new this spring

Yep I really wanted to go with the.410 too. When Indiana adds that to the legal list of firearms for turkey I’m getting one!
Good luck, looking forward to hearing your results.

Never counted but I’m thinking you’re close Chris. Maybe with a scope change out a few clicks but again not many. :eusa-popcorn:

I shoot my first shot at 5 yards, from a bench, then move scope to arrow. I’m ready to go to 20 yards then.

Re: Anyone want to share their cam pic?

Thanks AJ, unfortunately we lost the lease that same year in December, the owner sold the farm. We did get on a great farm this year and hopefully for several more. 149 acres of woods for two of us.

Re: WTB C2 Cocker

I’m in Indiana, have one I don’t need anymore. PM me and we can settle on a fair price. I used it a few times then changed the rope to Amstel I loaned it out to a friend this past fall. I bought the new model for my Micro 355, and two extra sets of clips for my Axe, and 380.

Re: Recommend Me A Replacement Scope for my Exocet 200

The nikon p3 is also good .non adjustable but doesn't matter its spot on at yardagees for that bow Yes it is, and the new P3 is the exact same scope with cheaper caps. For a quick shot with preset zoom it makes shots inside 40 yards a breeze. The glass on this Nikon may not be Leupold quality, but ...

Re: Recommend Me A Replacement Scope for my Exocet 200

I like the fast sights and have decided on one for my turkey gun, however I won’t hunt deer without magnification. I hunt thick stuff and even though there’s a chance of still nipping sticks, I like my chances better with at least a 3 power scope.

Love mine, got an extra set of limbs for her, I’m in for the long haul with her. Put the clips on for the new crank and I’m good for life!
