Re: Shout out to Danny Miller
I've talked to him 3 times and the guy is a wealth of Excalibur knowledge and when he's talking to you he acts like you're the only show in town and gives you all the time you need. Would love to sit around a camp for with him

16.5" Bolt Shooters - how are you getting the weight up?
I've shot an Exocet and Vixen for years and my 20" Black Eagle Executioners w110gn brass inserts and 125 gr Slick Tricks weight in the 460 gn range. Which I've been very happy with. I'm thinking of getting a Micro Extreme or Micro 380 which will be a bunch easier to carry in the brushy country ...

Excalibur Phoenix Owners
How many Phoenix shooters are there on the forum? I might get the chance to pick one up and wondering how you all like them. Something about the old school wide Excaliburs that draws me to them. I have another old school excalibur but considering picking up this Phoenix and would be interested in yo...

Exocet 200 and gator Bolts, Tips, Lines and Floats
Do any of you have any experience shooting a gator arrow, with line and float attached from your crossbow? If so, Id love to talk to you about your set up, including what your using for a line spool, what's your accuracy, what tip your using etc. Ive been experimenting with a fiberglass bolt from AM...

Exocet 200 and Heavy Bolts
If all goes as planned, I m looking forward to a cape buffalo hunt in RSA in the next 2-3 year few years. I've killed many of the South Africa plains game animals, including a 1800-2000lb Bull Eland with my Exocet 200, a 450 gn bolt including 125 gn 4-blade Slick Trick, which has been a deadly combo...

Re: Black Eagle Executioner
Bought a dozen BE Executioners from Jerry a few years ago to shoot out of my Exocet 200 in South Africa. They were lethal and shot like match ammo but...I want to try the BE zombies since the Executioner were pretty fragile and all broke when shot into animals.

South Africa - Exocet 200
My wife and I just returned from a trip of a lifetime with Motshwere Safaris in South Africa. Fantasic people, great food and lodging and incredible animals. I had planned on shooting everything with my compound but I bought this Exocet this summer and for the short 3 months I owned it I have been s...

Re: Broadheads for moose
There are many great broad heads out there. I just returned from South Africa where I shot Kudu, Warthog, Blue Wildebeest, Nyala and Blesbok all with my Excalibur Exocet. All were one shot kills, short blod trails (except the Warthog) and all with SLICK TRICK 125 gr. Magnums. I'm new to the crossbow...

String & Serving Wax
Newby here..I just received some new "standard" strings for our Excalibur Exocet from Danny Miller. (Wow fast service and great price) and now I need to find out how best to take care of the string. String I've been reading through a bunch of posts on here and assume I'm ok to use the same...
