Tact-Zone Fogging Issues

I was archery hunting for moose Monday morning and put my Matrix on the ground beside me, ranged a few spots with my rangefinder called a few times and nothing not even a stick breaking. So I picked up my Matrix to look through my scope and I noticed that the scope had fogged up :x Lucky for me I di...

Re: Rated R

To purposely shoot a deer that way with an arrow is one of the dumbest things I've read. You wouldn't be welcome in my hunting camp. Or most hunting camps for that matter... It's sad when people are so selfish and greedy that they feel the need to take such ridiculous and low percentage shots. I'm ...

Re: Think I got it figured

I use 18" Diablo's tipped with 125gr G5 Striker and shoots perfect out to 50 yards, no difference to my 125 field tips. I havn't shot past 50 yards yet.

Re: A new Excalibur Dealer

Hi Raymond, the Canadian Tire store in Kenora Ontario also sells excalibur products. The last time I was there they had a very limited supply but I am sure they could order what you wanted.

Re: Rope Cocking Aid

Parachute cord works great that is what I used on mine when I replaced the rope. Just make sure you get the real parachute cord with the 7 strands of nylon in it not the cheap stuff they call parachute cord with the white single strand center. Thanks for your posts, looks like I will give the parac...

That sounds like the easiest way thanks for all the replies.

Pre stretching String

I bought a second string for my 380, it is the same string that came with the bow. How can I pre stretch the new string without having to put it on the bow, I would like it pre stretched for when I need it.

Re: Excalibur Bag Target?

I use a bag target from Bulldog Archery called the Doghouse XP and it does a great job stopping my 380 Matrix and I believe that there is free shipping as well. When the target is shot up you can get replacement kits for it. There are two websites one for Canadians and one for USA.

Re: Mechanical or Fixed

After much research I think I may go mech's this year with the 380 for moose. It has been done many times in the past. poundage does play a key in performance of these heads, look for the one with stiff blades and a good back support or brace on the blades. I just shot 125gr G5 Striker broadheads o...

Nice Broadhead

Hi all, I just got back from the range with my 380 Matrix and I was trying out the G5 Striker 125gr broadhead that I had kicking around from my compound days and man that shoots nice. I didn't have to make any adjustments from my 125gr field points, it was dart like performance at 50 yards. I was th...
