When I place the C2 on the bow, it will not go down far enough for the bolt/peg to go into the hole on the back of the stock. It is off by about half the width of the peg. Unless the scent was extremely powerful I don't think it would be any more detectable than your human odor....play the wind and don't get too hung up on scent. Jmho. Replace all your fasteners with stainless and you're done. Does anyone have a "fasteners list" already made up for the diff...
