Bolt cutter broad head question
How have the Boltcutters performed on game for everyone? Reviews on Cabelas were up and down, accuracy good but several complaints that the cutting diameter was too small, and blood trails to be minimal ,causing several reviewers to loose game. What have you guys found?

Hope you can find one. I'm using vithivouri 120 and Barnes 290 gr T-EZ. Sub one inch groups at 100 yards. Devastating on Deer and Elk. I also have had great luck with tha Baffin Boots. They are bulky, but if you are not doing a lot of walking, they are really warm and you don't have to worry about a battery running down.

I've tried several scopes on my crossbows over the years, and so far been very happy with the Hawk X B30 SR, nice optics ,compact, illuminated, and marked yardages.

The Indians used to use a Wood shaft, with a Flint Broadhead. I think those will work. Good luck and happy Hunting!!
