I bet you your setup is capable of shooting much better than 1 inch at 10 yds which would have you hitting much better than 5 inches at 50 yds. The limiting factor...

It is pricey for sure but I have had turkeys and does bump my blind. So if you look at it that way, the price doesn't seem so bad after all.
