Re: Lone Wolf Stand Question
I would go with the off set, especially if you are going to leave it up for a while. It's more stable, it can handle a crooked tree, and it sits out from the tree a little bit, The E-Z Hang is more for a run and gun type of hunting.

Re: Grizzly ?
Sorry, but a guy from Wi. asked for it first, so I 'm sending it him. Also on the Dr. Stirrup website it shows a different one for the Matrix and for the Grizzly. They do look the same though.

Re: Giveaways from members
I have a Dr. Stirrup that Gaston gave me. It's for a Matrix model. I bought a Micro and gave my Matrix to my best friend. He prefers not to use the Dr. Stirrup so it's available to someone who wants to try it.

Re: Leupold Scopes
I had a Hawke XB30 Pro scope and thought the glass was pretty good until I compared it to my VX11 at low light. I sold the Hawke and bought a VX111 1 1/2x 5 with the heavy duplex reticle. Most of my shots in Michigan are 30 yards and under, so I sight in at 25 and don't really worry about the range....

Re: questions about a new scope
I had a XB30 and thought the glass was good until I compared it to a Leupold at low light one morning. I sold the Hawke and put a Leupold VX111 with a heavy duplex on my 335. I sight in at 25 yards and don't really worry about the range. Most of my shots are 30 and under. Also, I can still see the h...

16 BEE's, 110 grain insert, 100 grain head, Blazers, and a Lumenok. One hole groups at 30 yards with my 335. Also with 16 " arrows, a Swhacker will fit inside the stirrup on a 335.

335 Micro
I'll be getting a new 335 Micro soon, also some Zombies from Jerry. What's a good length to have my shafts cut to. Does anyone go as low as 15" and still get good flight with fixed broadheads? I'll be fletching Blazers with the Bolt Jig. Thanks

Re: Shortening a Matrix stock
I cut an inch out of a micro stock for my wife. I took an inch out of the bottom rear of the stock and an inch out from under the cheek piece. I then drilled all pieces to insert pins. This is a little tricky, but what I did was glue the pin into one side and then oval or over size the other side a...
