Re: Being to Nervous or to picky with limb deformations
This is the 3rd set of limbs I have received from Excalibur with my originals splintering, 1 replacement set has major deformity over 3" long, now this set has a deformity where the strength of the limb bolts onto the crossbow. I am sure it would shoot for awhile but don't want to be in woods a...

Being to Nervous or to picky with limb deformations
I seem to be too picky with limb deformations or at least too nervous to have a limb bolted onto my crossbow with any form of deformity. Last time it was a large 3" deformation running on top of the limb where it bolts onto the crossbow. Now it is a deformation or splinter from drilling the hol...

I would take pictures and send in a Support Request to Excalibur.

Is this a limb issue to you
I just had the limbs replaced by excalibur due to previous limbs splitting. Now one of the replacement limbs shows either a defect or a crack that wasn't there when the new limbs were installed. What do you think? [https://app.photobucket.com/u/okie143/p/b8ed8f0d-d725-43dc-9086-9f9cbfebda00?mode=zoo...

Re: Did Excalibur send me the wrong limbs
Called Dawn at CS and she said the invoice should not list cub limbs. She said, as was quoted on previous posts, that the limbs were the right ones. I installed them, even though they were smaller than the original ones. However, I was able to cock it and nothing broke yet. So here's to beating a de...

Re: Did Excalibur send me the wrong limbs
Excuse my ignorance on the limbs but isn't the Matrix Cub only Velocity (up to) 285 FPS and Cocking Effort 95 and the 380 is Velocity 380 FPS Cocking Effort 130 and doesn't the limbs have a lot to do with these stats? I really don't know so I am not trying to be sarcastic or anything. It just seems ...

Did Excalibur send me the wrong limbs
I have a Matrix 380 with black limbs and rail. I had some splintering going on so I created an RMA and Excalibur customer service sent me a new set of limbs. After I sent my old ones back, per Excal Customer Service, they updated the RMA to read no return. Anyway today I got my new limbs and the Inv...

Re: 380 Limb Splinter
Same thing happen to mine except the next morning I had another splinter on the opposite side of the same limb. I contacted Dawn at Excalibur warranty, submitted pictures, and Dawn said to create an RMA. I created the RMA, with pictures, and Excalibur is sending me new limbs. However, they said mail...

Lumenock Replacement Batteries
Has anyone tried these 6×CR425, BR425, 425 Fishing Floats Bobber Pin Shape Lithium Battery when replacing your lumenock batteries?
These are 6 for around $5.00 where the lumenock batteries are over $5.00 a piece.
They have the 3.0 volt rating and are the same size.

Re: when do we find out who the winner is
I’m sorry but a moving trigger part can not be “ bulletproof”! In your opinion or on paper yes, but only real customer use and field use will be the determining factors to that! If it moves, parts can and will either wear out or possibility of failure at some point. It’s definitely a niche bow, you...
