I took the screw back out and it definitely is the rail as there is aluminum in the actual thread of the screw/bolt.
Gonna call my dealer tomorrow and see what can be done, hopefully it will be a painless ordeal.

While finally shooting the little Mrs. 330 today we noticed that the screw that is in the front fore-stock was loose, upon tightening it I added a drop of removable Loctite but when tightening it it seems to be stripped. Yup been through one before, your only allowed 100 rounds for personal use without a export permit.
With the price difference by the case we now buy it at lebarons for almost the same price with the duty and toll booth tolls.

I did say best deal in Canada but for that price I cant go wrong I can just ship it to my UPS address and go pick it up as I can see NY from my house LOL.
