It comes with bows that have Ceasefire trigger units

Is the purpose of that to use a shorter rope by any chance? I have a hard time decocking with the long rope on other models.

Re: Cease fire trigger review!

Awesome, thanks for the quick responses and will start shooting this afternoon outside of watching the fingers anything else to look out for Thanks Frank Are you planning on discharging the bow at the end of the shooting session? If you are decocking, you may want to use that little rope cocking to...

Spare limbs fitment.

I have a back up pair for my BD400. Will they work perfectly on a Mega 405 and 420TD so I can bring them hunting as a back up ?
Thanks in advance!

I believe all you need is the tallest spacer/ferrules to allow for the thinker limbs.
There are a couple guys on this forum running that setup with no Ill consequences
Are those spacers readily available from Excalibur without question or anywhere else?

Re: ProShot ACP Dissapointment!!!

Triggers were sent back to Excalibur for repair, received them yesterday and they are excellent. Both break better than before, and after 8 to 10 shots each show no serving damage. Huge thumbs up to Peter at Excalibur and the Excalibur Warranty center. Many thanks to all on the forum. Were the fork...

The micros eat servings and the high pound models stretch strings . As dan said any Flemish string from one of our forum members in the classified section will be much less troublesome .l have had strings from all of them and they are all great and very high quality! All my matrix and BullDog eat s...

Re: ProShot ACP Dissapointment!!!

Excalibur decides to upgrade their triggers...So why didn't they polish the claws? Mine isn't ? That has always been a problem for the servings. Most times the ACP latches do not require polishing due to the method used to manufacture them, compared to the standard trigger. However, if one does sli...

Forever string stretching... 405

https://imgur.com/m7jNAdI Of all the 5 Excaliburs I've owned and still own 3. BD400 and 420 TD. This is the only Excal doing this. 30 shots on the string if that since I bought this bow when they first came out. In one year it stretches right to the riser while stored. Junk string? I can't get post ...

Re: 420TD questions

...Roy, yes you can use the rope cocker...but why would you when you have a great cocking system built in? ...as for Danny Miller's top post...you should ask him but I might venture to say it might work with some modification. Having an A420TD myself I PM'd Terry (Munchmount) and he did not think h...
