I will give that technique a try tomorrow. Excited to see how accurate i can get with this baby over the summer. Fall will be here before ya know it. Here in NC its bow only on Sundays, so one ends up bow hunting all season.

Did some more shooting at dusk. I really cant complain with the T zone. Hittin silver dollars at 40 that i couldnt see with naked eye.

Im with ya on the practice Excaliber. Its my second day with it, and im impressed no doubt. Good shootin by the way. When your shootin freehand, do you wrap your elbow in a sling for some tension?

Im finding that the tact zone is spot on at all the yardage marks. Its just a little fuzzy around the edges. Im gonna shoot some right at dark this evening and check the brightness in that critical last 10 minutes of shooting light.

This thing is an arrow splitter off the bench. I could definately out shoot myself with my compound vs crossbow free hand though.

Pros and cons of tact zone scope
What are some differences between this and other crossbow scopes. After one day of shooting with tact zone it seems purdy good. Cross hair is a little thin in center. illumination is pretty cool. Doesnt seem very clear or bright in low light though. Low light capability is probally what im looking f...

Nevermind. I did as you said, and the string is now level and slightly touching the rail equally on both sides. Thanks.

Level string
Just got my 355 in today. After assembly, the first thing I noticed is that the string makes contact with the rail on the right side and has an eighth above rail on left. Is that acceptable? Or maybe I did something wrong? Lil help someone, please.
