Okay, everyone is being very gentle with this so I'll say it. ARE THESE LEGISLATORS ON CRACK!!! I've never heard anything so completely STUPID! I understand the concept of minimum draw weight or kinetic energy to avoid wounded animals but maximum limits??? There's no logic there whatsoever. I guess...
