Re: What's the best way to do ground up deer meat?
I leave mine straight venison. However remember that when the time comes and your taste dictates a blend you can mix the blend you need for the recipe chosen right b/f cooking. I like ground pork shoulder...2 parts venison to 1 part pork for most of what I do. But as anything in life, go with what w...

I'd also like to thank Kegbelly for posting. My crossbow education has once again been expanded thanks to the good folks on this forum! And I'm glad that no humans were injured during the making of this thread!

Re: Matrix 310
Okay, everyone is being very gentle with this so I'll say it. ARE THESE LEGISLATORS ON CRACK!!! I've never heard anything so completely STUPID! I understand the concept of minimum draw weight or kinetic energy to avoid wounded animals but maximum limits??? There's no logic there whatsoever. I guess...

Re: Unstringing

Re: NY Crossbow Regs
Thank you both for weighing on this, much appreciated! I was hoping that reason and facts would ultimately get NY to see this reasonably....perhaps it'll be modified in the future. Anthony, I know all to well how it works in NJ....I sheepishly admit to living there  Just updated my profile to ...

NY Crossbow Regs
I'm curious to hear from any NY folks who may be on the board as to how NY state is coming along with finalizing the xbow regs for the upcoming fall 2014 season. I ask this specifically as it relates to their 200lb draw weight maximum. Is there any notion regarding this being changed? As we all know...
