Re: Anti dry fire
Daughters boyfriend bought a brand new Matrix Grizzly. I taught him all the ins and outs of the bow and really emphasized to not dry fire it because it didn't come with the anti dry fire mount. :eusa-naughty: Yep he dry fired it and broke a limb. Got me thinking that the dry fire mount ...

Re: New Excalibur pro flight crossbow bolts
Thank you so much for that, I think with the 150 grain broadhead it will put me up to 400 gr bolt so that’s good. Thanks again.

New Excalibur pro flight crossbow bolts
Hey guys I am currently using the Eclipse XT it’s a older model but I am wondering if the 20” new pro flights are compatible with my crossbow. They looked to be a little too light for what I am currently using and don’t want to be dry firing my crossbow. Thank you in advance.

Re: What arrow weight do you prefer?
I personally prefer 350 grain carbon fiber bolts with 150 grain fixed blade broad heads. It depends on the game I am hunting mostly and the time of year and weather. If It is cold or going after real big game I tend to go with a heavier aluminum bolt with a hundred grain mechanical broad head.

Re: Clone question
Cloning of crossbows good idea bad idea. I would say with weapons and cars you get what you pay for. I wouldn't buy a $500.00 car nor would I buy $150.00 crossbow. If it shoots straight and you like it well that's fine I can't say how anyone should spend their money. These times are hard and hey if ...

Re: help?? at indoor range new bolts do great at 20yrds but.
Hmmm! When I first got my bow getting her dead on was a chore. If everything is level and tight and you are still having problems outdoors than its possible for your cross hairs to be out of alignment ever so slightly. Find a 100% level surface and line up the horizontal crosshairs to that surface. ...

Re: Ready-Shot Knee Pod
Looks cool. I personally use the bipod. and as far as mods and people not liking them I'd like to point out its our duty as hunters to make the safest cleanest kill as possible. If using a rangefinder helps make that difference from a gut shot to a heart shot than shouldn't we all have one. It's bad...

Re: Check your arrows regularly!
Yikes! glad your fine and the bow. Also if I may add to check not just the bolts but the whole thing. Limbs, strings, bolts, broad heads, target tips, fletching and the stock make sure everything is tight. I had a friend injured by is compound bow because of carelessness. Rust built up around the pu...

Re: My First "Robin Hood"
Congrats on the shooting! I managed a couple robin hoods too. These crossbows are really accurate I don't think I will ever buy a crossbow from any where else.
Great job again
