I don't have a AXE but I use my charger on my micros and matrix all the time to adjust my strings and change them. just be careful.

I know what you are talking about Joe , heres what I try this time a year . For long distance I use the loudest call I have ( wet willy by NH ) and a horse shoe nail call for close up , for me it works the best. they can hear better than you think. I really like the horse shoe nail call the best.

that was the first thing I did to mine . Make the handle longer. that did the trick for me . Now I have a charger and that works better.

If it where me I would get me some lumenocks . you can match the weight with a set screw or cut down a screw and they last about 40 hours and the are on sale 20% off . JMO

When you install the C2 the screw has to be all the way back and then when it is place you have to tighten it up that's how they work. I hope this helps.

This has worked for me , bought some bug,proof long underware from Cabelas it is silky and tight they can t get threw it and I spray my outer close . also put a blanket on the floor of my blind . this have worked for me so far.

You won't regret using the Redfield , it has good glass and great in low light . I you don't mind how big it is you will be fine.
