Re: Pros/Cons Drstirrup-stirrup

Can someone with experience with the drstirrup stirrup tell me if the extra bulk is worth replacing the Excalibur stirrup?? THANKS (I have the dbkillers and Ex-shoxs installed) Does exactly what the manufacturer says it does. My secondhand bow came with one on, took it off cause it was to bulky and...

REDS vs. DrStirrup DbKillers

Is there any real (Noticeable) difference between the Excalibur REDS system and DbKillers (on a 380 Matrix if it makes a difference) or is this just another gimmick add on?...Maybe a better way of phrasing it would be "are they really worth it"?....I heard I may need to adjust my brace hei...

I enjoy hunting from ground blinds now that I'm getting older.
I don't have to worry about thieves or vandals either.
100% agree......Get'n too old now to be a squirrel, much nicer now to sit in piece and comfort and not worry about drop'n out of a tree if I nod off lol..

Re: Threads on Ramcats and arrow inserts...

sounds like you bought the deep six heads. Deep six is a smaller insert for vert arrows. DOH, that's exactly what I did!, I just checked my order on Amazon.ca and that's what was ordered. Oh well, live and learn...Well if anyone in the Toronto area is looking for 3 brand new, never been shot 100gn ...

Threads on Ramcats and arrow inserts...

I bought a pack of Ramcat broadheads to try out, when I went to install them onto my arrows I noticed that the threaded portion on the Cats was a much smaller diameter than my arrow inserts and therefore wont screw in. Admittedly I'm new to this stuff, but I thought inserts and broadheads used a sta...

Re: Poison Ivy

Hey guys and gals. Long time no see. I hope you had a good summer. Summer was good for me, and fall has started nicely with a doe (with help from my new-ish matrix 380) in the first week of our early season. Got a seemingly rookie question. While setting up my stands in an area with lots of poison ...

Re: ?? Re Plano Manta ??

I've got a Manta and it's nickname is the BEAST if that tells you anything. I use it for both keeping it in and traveling in the back of my SUV. The downside is its size and weight The good side is that it's not only durable but gets you in shape to drag a deer out if you get one :-) A guy told me ...

Re: Ordered my crossbow from Dan Miller today.

Ordered a Matrix 310 from Dan Miller today. Dan set me up with everything I need  Really glad I came to this sight and gathered information before I made my final decision. I went with the 310 because of my physical stature, previous back surgery, and age. I can't wait till it arrives.... gon...

Re: Scope focus blurry

This is the weakest link in the Excalibur program. Sure lifetime warranty is good but I have had several buddies see their fly in hunts go south when the scopes fail. If your a hunter that wanders from back 40 this is not good, upgrade fast. Not sure what your suggesting. Myself personally have had...

Re: Scope focus blurry

MY SCOPE ON MY MATRIX 355 lost its focus. It doesn't matter how far I turn the adjustment it stays the same. It seems that the end of the scope is gonna screw off. Has anyone had this problem. The bow is only a month old. And what is the warranty on scope This may be a dumb question, but you did ch...
