Hey guys I never updated my problem sorry. I returned it to excalibur via express post and they returned a new scope to me with in 10 days. In the mean time I purchased another tact zone as back-up should this ever happen again.

When i un boxed and assembled my new 380 the string was already digging into the bumpers. Is this normal?

If you want a plastic mould one bass pro sells a Plano brand one for around 99 dollars that I'm pretty sure would fit it
