Re: Tactzone scope & Matrix Bulldog

Sorry to say the Tactzone on my m 380 was like looking through a coke bottle opted for a Leupold crossbones and didn't look back! 7 deer with it in 2 seasons! To bad they don't give us the option on scopes! :? deertrx I would love for that to be true...I guess I owe it to myself to try a crossbones...

Re: Tactzone scope & Matrix Bulldog

I have two Tactzones ... they work great....
perfect for hunting and shooting out to 70 yds...
maybe if Zeiss came out with a 30mm illuminated crossbow scope with a 42 mm objective...
but for now love my Tactzones

Re: So the BIG question?

Reminds me of the small plane industry where reportedly they are afraid to make minor improvements because lawyers are always looking to those as a justification for saying the previous part was somehow defective and somehow liable for past injuries. I, for one, love the look of the new Bulldog and ...

They didn't say "effortless" they said

Efforless Draw

260 lbs is not that big a deal but its definitely NOT Efforless Draw

Re: M380 vs M405

sub 1 inch groups at 75 yds is amazing.... do you think either the Zeiss or HHA combo is superior in obtaining those groupings?
also, can you obtain those groupings, put the xbows away for two weeks and then obtain those same groupings with same POI without making any adjustments?

My Doberman bitch finds them in under a minute usually. Reward them with treats as well as a leg cut off at the ankle.... make it fun for them....

Re: servings

Of course I read Don's pages at least three times! :) just never got down to polishing the latch...I was thinking that actually shooting the bow may polish it down a bit. plus Mike (Vixenmaster) reserved a couple of strings really tight and that seemed to help. also, I really believe the brace heigh...

Re: servings

Baby oil does not have a high lubricity factor. If you want to try an oil, try olive oil. One thing I want to try is silicone "grease". It's a highly viscous (thick) lubricant used on O rings for scuba equipment, cameras, flashlights etc. I was hoping you would respond...what I like about...

my Micro with TT trigger was chewing them up by 150 shots...
but the trigger was so good and it cost so little to reserve I wasn't really upset.

I have tried wax on my servings, nothing on my servings, and now scorpion venom cam lube which definitely seems the best but ridiculously expensive for such a small amount. I was wondering: why not just plain "baby oil"?
