Re: Waxed dental floss on serving?
I guess I am not the only crazy one: I didn't do it on the servings but did use it to overlay the loops when they started getting a little loose, but it was on a compound bow with only 100 lb limbs...worked fine....
it did not build up any bulk.

Re: Vortex XBR mounting
keep in mind if you plan to put a switchview throw lever on it you will need the higher Vortex rings or it may rub against the rail with even medium rings....

Re: Lumenok
you don't need any special tool... hold the end of the lumenok between tour thumb and index finger...jiggle the arrow up and down by briskly rotating your fingers up and down. your fingers should stay in the same plane but the point of the arrow goes up and down many inches using your pinched finger...

Re: How Much Speed Is Really Needed
He specifically asked about shots between 40 and 50 yds!!!!!!! even a 350 FPS bow drops one inch/yard between 40 to 50 yds. a 300 FPS bow drops 1.5 inch/yard between 40 to 50 yds. a 250 FPS bow 2 inches/yard (all with 400 gr arrow) especially at low light in the evening it is difficult to get an exa...

Re: How Much Speed Is Really Needed
My bow shoots basically same speed as yours and I don't feel comfortable shooting over 30 yds. After 30 yds your ranging better be very accurate because the arrow drop accelerates. Look at the arrow drop chart EXCALIBUR has under support:arrow performance. Not only does the faster bow offer more spe...
