Re: arrow weight for 390-400 fps
I use the 18" Zombies from Danny Miller w/92gr brass inserts and 100gr heads out of my Matrix 380.They weigh 385grs ....this still gives me a 21% foc and they are fast! And accurate!! Even with Slick Tricks broadheads. I just shot this group at 100 yards unsupported, off of my knee....I can't s...

Re: 2015 Deer Season Review (Video)
Great Video!! Thank you for sharing. Awesome coyote shot!!! I think that the micro has a huge problem,... There HAS to be an "X" somewhere in the name of an Excalibur   ..And sorry guys there is just no other way to spell it. Now the Matri X ...see, we have everything we need...

Re: Micro 315 vs 335
Good observation however one key point is power stroke for the 380 is 13.1". The power stroke for the Micros is 10". That extra 3" for us smaller guys is a big deal. Very true...On cold mornings I sometimes take a break at the guardian and re-group and re-position my body to give tha...

Re: Micro 315 vs 335
The m380 is the same pull weight as the micro 315!!! This is a no brain-er for me!...and you can use "normal" size arrows, comfortably with the 380. 3" less width is not much in my book...and not NEAR enough to justify loosing all that speed and trajectory if you are going to pull 260...

Re: nap crossbow quikfletch quikspin 3 inch vanes
Those look sweet!..so where is the best place to buy them? I really hate to add a $3 fletch system to a $3 arrow when I can buy fletched .001 Zombies from Danny Miller for $7ea and have the best of the best.... but I have a lot of really cheap Chinese aluminum arrows that I would love to use as plin...

Beautiful Montana Day! w/pics
A year ago I got my first Excalibur. A Matrix 380 Xtra. I sighted it in pretty rough by shooting into some soft dirt and them proceeded to shoot a 1/2 dozen rabbits. One was an intentional head-shot at 60yrds!.. and then my limb cracked :? ..Out of frustration I just pitched it into the corner and s...

Re: Worst than a woman
All Excalibur crossbows and parts are covered by their lifetime warranty....my suggestion is to be patient and shoot the different bows side by side to see what feels best for you. You're dropping a good chunk of change so it seems patience would be most prudent. Paul Paul, great advise!! And I hav...

Re: Is This Really Archery Hunting?
This is just an Air Rifle....Nothing more/nothing less. A fancy BB gun. NO way in hell this will take the industry by storm  ... This is such an old idea to modify your BB gun to shoot an arrow. If you want to hunt with an air rifle..have fun!!! Lots of guys doing it. Lewis and Clark even carr...

My TactZone does the same thing all the time..rain or shine?? It seems to affect the green side more than the red. Yes I have changed my battery many times.... I thought/think something is wrong with my rheostat control...I am going to try some of the products you guys spoke of and see if i can get ...
