I may try the standard alum inserts with 150gn. "BAT" style Bolt Cutters then as I have a few new ones on hand. Thanks guys for all of the great ideas.

I was given almost 2 dozen like new, almost full length, camo 2216 XX75's last night. :shock: .. My plan is to cut them down to 16 1/2" OA length for the Micro 355 I recently acquired.. I'm not sure of the bare shaft grains per inch or inside dia for both brass inserts ( 92 or heavier if needed...

After getting it dialed in at 20 yards put the elevation cap back on your scope.....that parts done. :wink: Moving to 40 yards, set your speed ring in the area stated above... this will get you close. I think lack of access to property that historically actually contained game that was open to all is a factor also. Where I hunt here in Wa. Less than a week ago.... last Friday to be percise, I shipped Danny Miller off a rail that I had stripped one of the stock screw holes in. :oops: :mrgreen: Here it is on Wednesday less than a week later and he has repaired not only that hole, but addressed the second one "Just In Case". :)...
