Re: I think I may I think I might

Dan you have some great plans in the works.  I use a combination of a 4x4 cocker and the DR bumpers on mine also, but don't forget just how important that bowl of Wheaties is in the 355 Micro equation.  I predict she will be in the woods well before next season and would put ...

Re: Micro Brace Height???

If you are using a micro with the DR bumpers installed ( not the REDS nor D. Miller B/B's ) the 1/4" gap between the string and bumpers is not valid..

Gaston recommends that the string very slightly touches the bumpers with his design.

Safest way to transport my crossbow while riding ?

In most state owned areas in WA state I can legally use my quad to get to and from my hunting area as long as I stay on roads and observed trails to do so { no, I don't hunt off of it even though legally I could with my disabled hunters plackard attached }. This year for Late Elk Season I'll be spen...

Re: Flambeau stingray case for micros?

Plano "Spire" fits my Micros to a Tee ! I just picked it up in the Bargin Cave at Cabellas this past Sunday for $58 and change.. Excellent padding and securement and can use 4 padlocks to insure security while flying if need be.

Re: I think I may I think I might

I'm not sure as to Danny's bumpers ? as I have a set of DR's on my 355 ( which use standard Excal REDS posts ) and the new set of REDS that came with the 355 are now on my gen II 335. Dan, if in doubt, rest assured that the new gen II 335's also shoot great, hit hard and I have heard of very little ...

Re: Micro 315 ?

The rail length is shorter than the current higher poundage gen 2 Micro's, those being the current Micro 335 and 355.... It is the same length as the earlier gen 1 Micro 335 which needed 1/2" more rail and draw length to "make speed" with the new more swept back micro 335 gen 2 riser....

Re: Favorite broadheads?

My favorite broadheads are fixed blade types consisting of 125 gn Stainless 3 blade G5 Montecs and 125 gn Magnum 4 Blade Slick Tricks. Both hit within an inch of each other for me when sighted in clear out to 40 yards when matched with 16 1/2" BEE's Blazer vanes, Ignitor nocks, and 92 gn...

Re: DISSIPATOR BARS replacement secondary pads.

I personally do no use any type of Excalibur limb dampener system. If I was too, and found out that the primary pads were available "for a fee" thru Woodys ( which is one of their US warranty departments ) but that the secondary pads were not  I would contact Dawn or Peter in C/S an...

Re: Havin several Excals Hangin in Stringroom

3 on the wall right now :D I loved the 350 SE wich was my constant companion during this past Early season. I recently let go of it to fund the Brand new Micro 355 which recently took it's place. I sure hope it meets my expectations and is as dependable and performs as well as the bow it repl...

Iniatially I was not too warm with this new format either. However, since then I have come to really apppreciate the LACK OF spam and especially the porno type spam I'm NOT seeing since this change has been made. :D For that reason alone, I'm pretty satsified with what we have now. Gene
