If I have to do any night tracking or trying to find a blood trail, i use a Coleman Lantern with a homemade aluminum reflector with a copper and wood handle that I attach to my lantern. Congratulations to you sir on your doe. Maybe you and that buck will meet again (at 20 yrds). That was a good idea to keep on guard while field dressing the doe. If the smell of blood didn't spook him he was probably rutting real good. Thanks for sharing that.
