Re: Rage hypodermics

Why let your success dependant on rubber bands and spring collars ? There are many fixed heads on the market that fly great slicks, black hornets and ramcats just to name a few. But i guess trying new Shiney things is good.
Have fun.

The last 3 100gr. I bought were 29.00 us. I also bought 2 packs of 125 gr.replacement blades at 16.00 us creates a Franken blade of 104gr. With big 11/2"cut and to qoute others something about design but the holes are huge compared to the cut diameter. :D

Re: Bubble Level on riser.

I don't have one on my crossbow, I have one on my Vbow as part of the sight but I never really look at it. However, on my long range boom stick its mounted on the scope in front of the last mounting ring, this gets used a bunch when ridge to ridge shooting or off the bench. I find it a critical item...

Re: Shook the CB Cobwebs Off.....

Anthony that made me laugh , when I did my one rife elk hunt several years back I showed up with my long range rig, 300 win mag and the outfitter asked if I could shoot out to 1000yds ?... and I simply responded heck I can shoot way past that and he looked at me  but I cant hit anything past ...

Re: Hoisting a crossbow up to a treestand

When using my amacker I clip the pull up to the rear sling swivel so bow comes up nose down and lowered nose down . Cocked with no arrow. I do just the reverse with a rifle barrel up unloaded an uncocked.

Re: mono-pod or bi-pod?

I prefer a mono pod for walking hilly terrain . I normally hunt out of a tree for WT so I use nothing. I would recommend whatever you choose be sure to practice extensively with it as it appears easier then it is to become a consistent shot using one.
