Re: Is this normal for a Matrix 405
No worries Bubba. I guess tomorrow Im gonna have to go buy a stringing aid so I don't break my bow. Dang it! So if you twist it up a few times, that will lift the string off the pads, right? Is that all you have to do is twist'r up a little?

Re: Is this normal for a Matrix 405
okay bubba. thanks for clearing that up. I guess I am disappointed that it comes out of the box incorrect is all. Im new to the bow world, but seems to me that a 1100$ recurve crossbow should be ready to go right away. Especially when theres nothing in the manual about it that I could see. Only ment...

Re: Is this normal for a Matrix 405
Why is this a big deal? Mine was like that when I first got it and I shot it and it seemed to shoot fine.

Re: B E Zombies .001 vs .003
Just trying to sort out if the cost of the .001 over the .003 Zombies is justified? I have been shooting the 20" .001s out of the 380 and 405 with good results. I do not really plan on changing but just got to wondering if there really, in practical terms, was all that much difference in perfo...

Re: Stupid weak targets!
Im beginning to realize yall have your own secret underground products. Danny Miller only deals by phone, the one guy on here makes his own super awesome ninja custom arrows. This is like the dang twilight zone up in here.

Re: Stupid weak targets!
Okay okay, took care of the profile. So should be squared away on that. I have the Excalibur puller for the arrows they make. It works okay but sometimes you end up pilling the backs out of the arrow if your not careful.

Stupid weak targets!
What target can I buy that will consistently stop Excalibur 405 bolts before the vains hit and go in the target and get mangled up? I took my 405 out and lined it in for the first time this weekend and damaged several expensive arrows because the vanes are now all torn and/or mangled. I have a buck ...

BEST MECHANICAL BROADHEADS
What are the best mechanical broadheads for super fast shooting bows like the 405 or 380, that rarely if ever come open in flight? (besides Excalibur X-Act)
