welcome to the forums MM. first thing your going to need is a stringing rope. your string needs to be 3/16"-1/4" off the bumpers. do NOT shoot your bow until you have it adjusted. this is called adjusting the brace height. read this thread and watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch...

pieces of old carpet in front of the target. add pieces until they(arrows) stop where ya want em to.
is what my target is made of....inside a cardboard box.
