Re: I need a Flemish string with whiskers
Mike... I got two new Flemish strings w/ whiskers from 8ptbuk and I am very pleased with my purchase... I just got the first one on the bow this past weekend and after testing it, I didn't have to adjust my scope a single click. I bought two just in case I ever needed a replacement in the field... L...

Those are nice targets... Do be careful however... I was sighting my 380 in using that target and was burying the Diablos to the fletchings... Set it out at the far end of my yard and having better results now...

Re: o\t ccw who does it an what do you carry
Back in the day, I carried my Kimber Compact Stainless quite a bit... Only drawback was she weighed a ton... Grabbed some tactical tupperware in the form of an HK VP9, as well as an M&P Shield in 9mm for the missus... Honestly, I carry the wife's pistol in the woods when I go... A little smaller...

Deal on NAP FOC's...
I bought my first round of them on Amazon and paid $32 for a 3-pack. Price jumped to $45 shortly after.
Just went back Saturday and noticed they were $29.99 for a 3-pack. Just verified this before I posted.
Thought some of y'all would like to know.
Good luck!

HSS makes a climbing rope too! Here ya go: http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff15/Durty_Duck/hunter%20safety%20line.jpg I have decided to try the Black Diamond Alpine rock climbing harness this year in place of a full vest style harness. Already grabbed the HSS Safety Strap and looking at these tr...

Re: BROADHEAD TARGET
I have a Block Vault I bought a few years back for my vertical bow and if I remember, I was burying bolts 8 inches out the back with my 380. Looked around and found a local guy selling Blob targets. 20"x20"x8" and around 65lbs. of urethane. So far it has been great. Stops anything I h...

---- what Scott said....
I cleaned mine out and reset all the screws, shims and blades and it seems like it is back to spec, but I will band it just in case.

Re: A q for those with foc's
I ran into this same issue. As my very first post suggests, I ain't too swooft sometimes... I used my supplied field points to rough sight my 380 and then I really wanted to see how the FOC's would work. First couple of shots were awesome. Dead on and got to see what the end result would look like. ...

Re: Can anyone verify my suspicion?
Thinking of using some heat shrink / o-rings to secure them... Sounds more like a P.I.T.A. in the long run... I guess a little trial and error never hurt anyone...

Can anyone verify my suspicion?
Took ol', well actually I have yet to name my 380, out to the woods this weekend to procure some sweet, sweet venison... Used the shooting / sighting range at a friend's camp and was drilling spots out to 60yrds with the NAP 170gr field points... Swapped out to the NAP F.O.C.s and started at 30yrds ...

Am I one of the lucky ones who's brace height was pretty much dead on when I received my bow?
I was at Bass Pro the other day and every Excalibur they had, had the string digging into the bumpers... I mean DIGGING into them...
