Re: What ya got for Binoculars?
Thanks for all the responses. After doing some research I think I will go with the Vortex Diamondback 10x42 Roof Prism Binoculars. The price seems right combined with Vortex's unconditional warranty, I think I will give them a shot.

What ya got for Binoculars?
I know everyone says buy the best you can afford when it comes to optics. For the past several years I have been making due with a pair of Field and Stream 10x25 binoculars. They work fine when it is sunny outside, but in fog or in those ever so critical twilight moments, they have failed me miserab...

Re: Shipping and customs ? when coming from Canada
I ordered a Matrix 350 from Al's in Toronto and it was shipped on a Wednesday and I received it in Virginia on the next Monday, only 5 days later. To my surprise, the Canada Post Tracking continued to update and even let me know it was out for delivery. USPS and Canada Post must have some sort of ne...

Re: Bolt cutter broad head question
Only shot one deer last year with the bolt cutters, but it left a great blood trail on a 190lb 7 point. The price coupled with the accuracy and hard hitting power are hard to beat.

Re: Pulled the Trigger
Received my new 350 today and boy oh boy is it a sweet looking bow. Haven't put it together yet, but the Mossy Oak Treestand camo is awesome. I also like the cheek piece that came with it. Now I am looking for a cheek piece for my Grizzly as well. Shipping only took 5 days from Canada to VA. The pri...

Pulled the Trigger
Pulled the trigger on a new Matrix 350SE from Al's yesterday. I finally convinced myself how good of an idea it would be to have a backup bow and coupled with the exchange rate, I could not resist any longer. Can't wait for it to arrive. This will be my second excal, along with a Grizzly. I wanted t...

Re: Proud new owner of 350LE
Congrats on the purchase. Been thinking of doing the same thing, purchasing from Al Flahretys and having it shipped south of the border. Were there any import fees or duty on the purchase, or was it just converted to US dollars and that was it?

Re: Diablo
The four that came with my Grizzly were fletched in green, and I have subsequently purchased more in white. Seems like you could either get red, green or white, but may be up to mercy of the place you order from if you order online (ebay, amazon etc.)

Re: Thoughts on Grizzly Matrix and Excalibur Boltcutters
I agree 100 percent with the OP's assessment of both the grizzly and the boltcutters. This is my first year hunting with any sort of bow. I went with Excalibur for the simplicity and price. I was my disappointed with either the bow or broadheads to date. I was able to take a hefty 180 lb 7 point buc...

Re: Bumpers for Matrix Grizzly
Thanks for the responses guys. My only remaining question is if any the bumpers from Danny will quiet the bow, or should I really look at getting a kit from Dr. Stirrup?

Bumpers for Matrix Grizzly
Hi guys. This is my first post here, but I have spent a substantial amount of time cruising the forum prior to and after my purchase of the new Matrix Grizzly. For all the great information I have found here, I must say thank you. I have read in several places that Danny Miller makes his own set of ...
