i don't find changing the string on my cub (with matrix string) any harder than cocking it in the first place. ... something sounds not quite right here

Just been shooting some targets - where I was getting halfway in to my 6 dot target with the cub string - I'm getting straight through and into my backstop with the standard matrix string ... Really didn't expect so much difference!

Funny - I'm thinking about adding the tac pac to my cub too.
I've got arthritis in my wrist and think it would be more comfortable, and it keeps your thumb way away from the string!

Just bought my first crossbow - went for the cub as a bare bow. I added a hawke xb scope, and a matrix string ... got these as a direct result of peoples experience on this forum - thanks guys! should perform as the grizzly as far as i can tell. I'm also really impressed by how compact it is. pic to...

seems like everyone likes their hawke xb30 from what's on this forum ... anyone got the cheaper one? what's it like?
