Re: limb savers ?...........
I had a couple on an older recurve bow that I bought from a buddy. I pried the plastic disc off with a knife blade and was left with that sticky circle. I worried it off by rubbing it with my thumb. Once it started, it all came off cleanly. Didn't need any solvent or anything. Of course, I may have ...

Re: sharpening slick trick blades
Replaceable or not, Slick Trick blades are very easy to resharpen or just to touch up. Takes less than 5 minutes and is a bit therapeutic to boot. There comes a time when you have to toss them though, but till then, Im a sharpenin away. At more than 20 bucks for a pack, I will take the time. Hey, la...

Re: sharpening slick trick blades
I second the Lansky. If they get too beat up, I go through all of the grits ending with the diamond. Then to the leather strop. Gets em back to shaving in no time!

I use mine on everything from deer to squirrels. I love it. My wife works in a lab and brings me blades when I need them. Regular scalpel blades work on them

Re: String twists
To me, it looks like the string was made from two bundles of the same camo string material instead of two different colors. It will look like it has more twists in it than it actually does. JMO

Re: Swhacker Success/Failure
I like good blood trails ending in dead animals if I make a good shot. If I get that, I like the broadhead. Also, If I get those results and the broadhead is damaged, Im quite ok with it as I live and hunt on top of a rock field it seems. If I get to use the head again its a bonus. I bet your Swhack...

Re: Thoughts on wrapping the stirrup in paracord?+checkingSc
I actually get a better grip on it with the paracord but I can see your concerns. I make sure my big ol clodhopper is well into the stirrup and make a note to pull straight up and have had absolutely no problems. The only concern that I have had with it, and I feel that it is real, is scent so I try...
