NAP Spitfire Information

I have NO experience with mechanical broad heads. I presently shoot and have shot Slick Tricks for years. NO complaints. I am interested in the possibility of a wider cut. I would like to hear what the Spitfire users, past and present, have to say.

Pros and cons.......

Re: slick trick broadheads

I have used slick tricks since they came on the market..Can't fault them. I use 150 Xbow with my Ibex (175 lb draw) and Excaliber Firebolt arrows. I find the firebolts prefer 150. Probably the aluminum insert as stated. I use Black Eagle Executioners with 125 magnums in my 355. Accuracy is great.

Re: Diablo

In addition to the suggestions made: You might contact Woody's Sporting Goods in PA. Request white when ordering by entering such in the "instructions to seller" during the purchasing process.

Re: Thoughts on a new crossbow

I went from an Ibex to a 355. Never looked back. The 355 is an excellent compromise on speed, balance and size.

Re: Choosing Arrow Length?

At the moment I shoot 20" Black Eagle Executioners from my 355. Of the arrows I have tried to date these shoot the best. Needless to say "testing" will continue. I hunt from a ground blind and don't still hunt so the tip beyond the stirrup is not an issue.

Re: crossbow bolts

I shoot 20 inch from my 355, very accurate. So far the 20 inch shoot better than the 18 inch I've tried.

Re: shooting a longer arrow

I just joined the forum but I couldn't resist replying to this post. I am shooting a 355. Absolutely love it. I am using 20" Black Eagle Executioners. Very accurate out to 60 yards. The BEs are in two configurations; factory vanes and 2" blazers. Both have 110 grain inserts, plastic rear n...
