Thanks for all of your posts. This forum is so informative.
My biggest surprise is that no one reported regarding the Wasp Drone. Several had indicated they would be testing it this season.
Slick Tricks seem to be a favorite and very effective.
Again, thanks for your responses.

Re: Fixed Broadhead Results for 2016 Season?
Your observation regarding how far the deer can go on its last breath seems to substantiate my observations. Years ago I only shot for the heart.. even with a pure heart shots, I saw some deer run for a long way..... Some several hundred yards up to a 1/4 mile. 'That just did not seem realistic.' Th...

Fixed Broadhead Results for 2016 Season?
I am trying to get a feel for the effectiveness of "small" cutting diameter of heads such as the 1 1/16. Before the 2016 season began I read every thread regarding fixed and mechanical broadheads. Several members posted regarding heads they where going to try this season, but I have seen o...

Tact Zone Scope Parralax?
Having difficulty with consistent accuracy due to parralax with my Tact Zone Scope. I am trying to find out what is normal horizontal and vertical variation(maximum) due to eye/head location at 20, 30, 40 yards. I believe my Matrix 355 will shot same hole accuracy at these distances, but my eye (off...

Re: Which Slick Trick to use?
Seems that the answer is, "Hit em low and pass thru." Which head is not that important, as long as it is accurate and pass thru? Is the consensus that low is 1/3 up from the bottom of the chest cavity?

Re: If only one, DBkiller vs Whiskers?
Thanks, I have the Danny Miller system. So if I don't have the Reds system.I cant use the Dr Stirrup. Is it true that the Dr.Stirrup system does not sell an attachment??

Question ? The Dr. Stirrup web site say for excalibur with ball shaped holders. What did you have to do to get them to fit?

Re: Which Slick Trick to use?
Seems that no one is using the Xbow model which is the one that Slick Stick says is designed for crossbows. Anyone have a reason for that?

Which Slick Trick to use?
I'm trying to decide which Slick Trick broadhead to use. Seems that all 4 models are used by crossbow shooters on this and other forums. I will be shooting 100g but still would like to hear input on accuracy regarding the various models and other pros and cons (for my Matrix 355).
Thanks

If only one, DBkiller vs Whiskers?
Have Matrix 355 with flemish string. If I want to do only one thing to reduce vibration/noise. Would it be best with dbkiller or whiskers added.
Thanks for your input.

Re: Vane to nock distance
My vanes bend a little by touching the scope mount even with 1 1/4 distance from nock to vanes. I just assumed that was normal??? If not normal, what am I doing wrong? Scope mount was already attached to rail/stock when received from Excalibur. Suggestions?? I'm using 2 in blazers.

Vane to nock distance
New to fletching bolts. Diablo bolts (18 inch) from Excalibur came with 7/8 inch distance from nock to vane and I am trying to match that. Have read that further back than the normal 1 1/4 inch gives better steering. I bought new Arizona Bolt arms to replace the existing arms on my old Arizona EZ fl...

Re: Black Eagle Arrow Helical?
Thanks for all your input. This is a great forum and I am learning a lot and this knowledge will help be enjoy my Excalibur Matrix 355 even more. It is very accurate and I killed my first shot with it(stock everything out of the box). It hit exactly where I aimed and my confidence is now great.
