Re: Matrix 330 15.5" Quill-stuck in target
The target may just be of inferior quality (no disrespect intended). Like I stated before I had the exact same issue with a reinheart that had defective foam the arrows were either hopelessly stuck or the shafts broke upon removal. I'm no expert but I'd suggest getting a new foam target if you can (...

Re: Matrix 330 15.5" Quill-stuck in target
I was also told by basspro shop camel's reinheart and a few people on this forum 10 yards is too close of a shooting distance which may cause some issues of arrow removal..I'm in no way and expert but I hope my input helps.

Re: Matrix 330 15.5" Quill-stuck in target
What brand of target is it? I had the exact same problem with the reinheart woodland target. After much frustration and back and forth talks with reinheart it was discovered the target was defective as the foam wasn't up to code. Since then over bought a block crossbow target and can remove arrows w...

Re: Arrow and Bow combinations of forum members
I'm shooting a micro 335 with 16 inch Big John custom zombie slayers with lumeknocks and brass inserts for a total arrow weight of 289gn and I topped those bad boys with 125gn slick trick magnums to give me a total weight of ~414 grains. They are absolute tack drivers out to 40 yards (as far as if t...

Re: Micro 335 broadhead suggestions..
Definitely stick with a 150gn broadhead if you're going to use the quill arrows. If you ever change out the arrows I'd reccomend zombie slayers cut to about 15.5 inches with a brass insert up front and 125gn broadheads (I'm using slick trick magnums). I'm getting UNREAL accuracy not of that setup, C...

My only problem is I can't seem to find a decent taxidermist in my area. After calling a few and getting qu...

What would be my best plan of action to get the broken Arrow out? I only have about less than 1/2 an inch of exposed shafts to work with and it is badly fragmented
